A steady voice at 3am, who has read your plan.
Ask anything about your baby’s sleep, any hour — in the chat on your account page, by text message, or by email. Plain answers, grounded in research, always inside safe-sleep guidance, and honest about when a question belongs to your pediatrician instead.

- Not a doctor, and says so
The questions that come up between plans.
“Is this normal?”
The most common question, and the one with the most reassuring answers. The coach knows the real ranges at every age and says when your baby is inside them.
“It was working. Now it isn’t.”
Crawling, a cold, a trip, a new tooth, a new sibling. The coach helps you tell a wobble from a change of plan — and stays consistent with the plan you already have.
“What do I do tonight?”
One thing, not ten. The coach leads with the most useful step for tonight and saves the rest for tomorrow.
Transitions
Dropping the swaddle, the pacifier, the third nap, the crib rail. Moving rooms. Starting daycare. Time zones (and the honest truth that nobody has studied babies and jet lag).
Your own sleep
How to carve out a protected block tonight, how to split the night with a partner, and what to do when you are at the end of your rope.
Knowing its limits
Snoring, breathing pauses, growth worries, unusual movements, your own mood — the coach stops and sends you to the right person, with the words to use.
Honest about what it is.
The coach runs on a large language model from Anthropic (Claude), with a long set of instructions written by us. Those instructions include a research library we compiled — several hundred published sources on infant sleep, safe sleep, behavioural approaches and the myths that don’t hold up — and a set of rules it cannot break: the AAP safe-sleep recommendations are never softened; no sleep training under six months; nothing about medication, supplements or melatonin; night feeds are never cut when growth is in question; and anything on the red-flag list goes to your pediatrician, with clear instructions on how soon.
It is not a person, and it is not a doctor. It is very good at steady, specific, research-grounded company when you need it. If you ever want a human, we are one email away.
$50 a month. First month included with the bundle.

About the coach
What is the AI Sleep Coach, really?
A chat-based coach, available any hour, that has read your questionnaire and your plan. It is built on a large language model from Anthropic (Claude), with a long set of instructions written by us: the research it may draw on, the safe-sleep rules it must never soften, the questions it must route to a pediatrician, and the tone it should take with a parent at 3am. It is not a person and it is not a doctor. It is very good at steady, specific, research-grounded encouragement when you need it.
What does the coach cost, and can I cancel?
The coach is $50 a month. If you buy the Plan + Coach bundle ($100), your first month is included; after that it continues at $50 a month until you cancel. Cancelling takes one click from your account page — no calls, no forms — and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Can I get the coach without the plan?
Yes. You can subscribe to the coach on its own for $50 a month. It will ask you a few questions about your baby first, since it won't have a questionnaire to work from.
Can I text or email the coach instead of using the website?
Yes. From your account page you can verify a mobile number for text messages and confirm the email address you want to write from. After that, a text or an email to the coach gets a reply the same way the website chat does — same coach, same memory of your family. Message and data rates may apply for texts; reply STOP at any time to turn texts off. Text and email replies are for sleep questions only and are never the right channel for an emergency — call 911.
A little light for the long nights.
A written plan for your baby, your home and your limits from $50 — or $100 with your first month of the AI Sleep Coach included.
Parenting education and comfort support — not medical advice.
