From “we can’t go on like this” to a plan you can actually live with.
Three steps, about ten minutes of your time, and a coach in your corner for the nights that follow.
Tell us about your baby
After checkout you land on a questionnaire that takes about ten minutes. It asks the questions a good sleep consultant would ask in a first call: your baby’s age (and due date, if they came early), where they sleep for nights and naps, what is in the sleep space, how they fall asleep, what a typical night looks like, how feeding is going, a short safety check, how you are holding up, and — most importantly — what you want and what you are not willing to do.
Nothing is judged. Families who answer honestly get better plans.
What we ask, and why
- Age — every expectation in the plan is indexed to it
- Where and how — so the safe-sleep check is about your set-up, not a generic list
- Feeding, growth, breathing — so we know when to say “pediatrician first”
- Your limits — no approach has been shown to beat another; the one you’ll actually do is the best one
What’s in the plan
- What’s normal for your baby right now
- Anything that should go to your pediatrician first
- Safe sleep, for your set-up
- Your bedtime routine
- Days and naps
- Nights: the approach you chose
- The first 14 nights
- For you — protecting your own sleep
- When to change the plan, and when to stop
- A one-page quick reference
We write your plan
Your answers are turned into a first draft by our AI plan writer, which works only from the research library we compiled — several hundred published sources on infant sleep, safe sleep and what the evidence does and doesn’t support — and from a strict set of rules: the AAP safe-sleep recommendations are never softened, no sleep training under six months, no reducing night feeds if there is any growth concern, and every health flag is routed to your pediatrician.
Then a human reads it, checks it against your answers, and edits anything that needs it. You will normally have it within one business day, by email and in your account, printable.
Live it, with company
Plans are meant to be lived with for two weeks, not mastered on night one. Some nights will be worse before they are better; a bad night after a run of good ones is the normal shape of things. Your coach has read your plan, so when the nap vanishes or the bedtime that worked stops working, you don’t have to explain from the beginning.
Choose the Plan + Coach bundle and your first month is included; after that it’s $50 a month, cancel any time. You can reach the coach on your account page, by text message or by email. Many families keep it through the transitions of the first two years — the swaddle, the pacifier, the move to one nap, the toddler who has discovered “no”.
Meet the coachWhat we will always tell you
We are not medical providers. If something you describe belongs to a doctor — breathing, growth, feeding trouble, unusual movements, your own mood — we will say so, tell you how soon, and tell you what to say. We keep the plan light until it has been looked at. That is not caution for its own sake; it is what a responsible sleep practice looks like.
