The Personalized Sleep Plan · $50, or $100 with a month of coaching

A sleep plan written for your baby.

Age-appropriate, gentle by default, honest about the evidence, and built from ten minutes of your answers. Add the AI Sleep Coach and it will have read every page.

What’s inside

Ten sections, all about your family.

What’s normal for your baby right now

The real ranges for your baby’s age — total sleep, naps, longest stretch, night wakings — and what you can stop worrying about. For many families this is the most valuable page in the plan.

Anything that needs your pediatrician

If your answers raise a health or safety flag, this section says exactly what to do and how soon, and the rest of the plan stays light until it has been looked at. If nothing is flagged, you get the standard “when to call” card.

Safe sleep, for your set-up

Not a generic lecture — a check of what you told us, with the specific changes that matter most, explained kindly and with the numbers behind them.

Your bedtime routine

Start time, three or four steps in order, where the feed sits, the same words at lights-out. The single best-supported change in the whole field, with most of its benefit showing within three nights.

Days and naps

A recommended bedtime and wake time, how many naps and roughly when, what to do about short naps at this age, and light and dark — with honest caveats about wake-window charts.

Nights: the approach you chose

Built from your answers about crying and closeness. No-crying fading, a stay-in-the-room approach, or brief checks — or, under six months, foundations only. Night feeds are kept unless you and your pediatrician want to change them.

The first 14 nights

What to expect night by night, what to keep constant, what to adjust, when to pause, and how to tell whether it is working (hint: not by counting hours).

For you

How this household can protect one four-to-five-hour block of sleep for you, and what to do when you are at the end of your rope. Your rest is a legitimate goal, not an afterthought.

Our promises

What we will and won’t do.

  • We will never soften safe-sleep guidance to make a plan more convenient.
  • We will never suggest sleep training under six months (corrected age). It has never been tested that young.
  • We will never tell you to drop night feeds if there is any concern about growth, and never without your pediatrician being happy.
  • We will never promise your baby will “sleep through”. Every baby wakes; we work on what happens next.
  • We will never shame you for feeding to sleep, rocking, contact naps, or the choices you have made at 3am.
  • We will always send you to your pediatrician when something needs one, and tell you what to say.

Questions

About the plan

What exactly is in the Personalized Sleep Plan, and what does it cost?

A written plan, usually fifteen to twenty pages, built from your questionnaire: what is normal at your baby's age, a safe-sleep check of your set-up, a bedtime routine, a day-and-nap rhythm, the settling approach you chose (or the gentlest one that fits), a night-by-night guide for the first two weeks, a section on your own sleep, and a "when to call your pediatrician" card. It is written for your baby, your home and your limits — not a template with a name pasted in. The plan on its own is $50; the Plan + Coach bundle is $100 and includes your first month of the AI Sleep Coach.

How is the plan made? Is it written by AI?

Your answers are turned into a first draft by our AI plan writer, which works from a research library we compiled — several hundred published sources on infant sleep, safe sleep and what the evidence does and doesn't support. Then a human reads it before it is sent to you, checks it against your answers, and edits anything that needs it. You will normally have it within one business day.

Will you make me do cry-it-out?

No. The questionnaire asks how you feel about crying and what you are not willing to do, and the plan is built around those answers. Many families choose a no-crying approach. For babies under six months there is no sleep training of any kind — only foundations — because those methods have never been tested that young.

Is this medical advice?

No. Lamplight provides parenting education — routines, environment, comfort techniques and expectation-setting — and homemaking support for tired families. We are not medical providers, we do not diagnose or treat anything, and we will always send you to your pediatrician when something needs one. Your plan includes a clear list of the things that should go to a doctor rather than to us.

Not medical advice. Lamplight provides parenting education, routines, comfort techniques and homemaking guidance. We do not diagnose or treat anything. Follow your pediatrician's advice and current safe-sleep recommendations, and contact them about any concern with your baby's health, breathing, feeding or growth.
